Return & Exchange Policy
- The products must be in its original state and it is not used. It is necessary to include all things that were given with product and it must be new with its original cover.
- You must not remove the cover of the watch (the stickers and plastic on the screw of the watch.)
- The Retrieval through: 24 hours after receiving the product and the client is responsible for only 30 Dirhams of reshipping fees going.
- Exchanging through: 3 days after receiving the product and the client is responsible for only 30 Dirhams of reshipping fees.
- Return the product if it has a clear flaw or a mistake in the request. Or the product was different of the required one.
- WATCH GALLERY Store apologizes from his clients for not be able to exchange or retrieve the products that are edited (Ex: shortage the watch).
